The general scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Providing an exterior wall assembly that consist of a weatherproof membrane, continuous insulation, sheathing, and white cedar shingle facade. This assembly will be fastened to the existing masonry wall. 2. Provide windows and doors. 3. Provide interior and exterior light fixtures. 4. Reroute downspouts to align with new exterior facade and existing roof drains. 5. Provide cedar soffit to existing roof overhangs. 6. Rework interior HVAC and plumbing. 7. Provide new sanitary sewer service to the Women's dormitory The Project consists of an interior renovation of the Men's dormitory, and an interior and exterior renovation of the Women's dormitory. Work to include, but not limited to: selective demolition and installation of new exterior window and doors with fiberglass products; installation of new waterproofing and building wrap, insulated sheathing panels and cedar shingle siding at existing exterior wall assemblies; preparation for, and installation of, new paint finishes; preparation for, and installation of, new cedar soffits and light fixtures; preparation for, and installation of, interior and exterior lighting, security, and telecommunications components; preparation for, and installation of new HVAC and plumbing fixtures; preparation for, and installation of new sanitary line and pump station; general site cleanup and patching of selected pavements. |
