Description

The VA has a Construction requirement for Renovate Domestic Water Piping for Project 605-20-201 at the Loma Linda VA Healthcare System (LLVAHCS), located in Loma Linda, California. Project Scope: The renovation will involve but not be limited to removal of dead legs, upgrade galvanized steel piping, renovate chiller plant, and providing hot and cold-water insulation. Contractor will be required to provide construction services to include all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to successfully execute the construction plans. A Critical Path Method (CPM) Plan and schedule demonstrating fulfillment of contract requirements will be required.
