Description | North of 60th Street E: Remove and salvage sheet piles. Install backflow preventer in the 32-inch CMP culvert under the private drive to prevent fish passage. Conduct grading within the Salmon Creek channel to remove debris in front of and behind the sheet piles. Rehabilitate the existing 32-inch CMP culvert under the private drive using slip-lining or Cured in Place Pipe. Rehabilitate the existing 24-inch Concrete culvert under Sumner-Tapps Highway that outfalls into the former creek South of 60th Street E: Rehabilitate the existing 36-inch CMP culvert under 60th Street E. North of 64th Street E: Salvage, clean, and stack the removed sheet within the pond fencing at the north end of the pond within the turn around area. Conduct filling and grading to transfer flow from the existing channel to the new channel. Rehabilitate the 24" CMP culvert under Sumner-Tapps Highway. |
