Sandhill Elementary School Pavement Restoration - Parking Lot and Playground Service Drive

Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: (1) clearing and site preparation; (2) installation and maintenance of erosion control measures; (3) demolition; (4) remove existing pavement, base and earth as required; (5) preparation of pavement areas, subgrade and base; (6) EBS - Undercutting of subgrade; (7) storm sewer improvements for roof drain collection at existing building/service drive; (8) asphalt pavement installation; (9) concrete sidewalk installation; (10) installation of rubber wheel stops; (11) seeding/surface restoration of disturbed areas; (12) installation of signage; (13) parking lot striping, lettering and directional arrow markings; (14) court game striping; (15) site cleanup and removal of erosion control measures upon final restoration of surfaces; and (16) preparation of record drawings
