Description Provide professional services and construction services for the following work: - Replacement of existing electrical motor control centers (MCCs) - Protective device study (including arc flash study and labelling) - Replacement of existing electrical panelboards and transformers - Replacement of existing interior, exterior, and emergency lighting - Replacement of existing flow meter - Replacement of existing pump isolation, sluice gates and check valves - Relocation of existing bubbler system and replacement of existing bubbler tubing - Replacement of existing wet well handrail and fall protection barriers - Replacement of the existing safety systems including fire alarm and gas monitoring systems - Replacement of existing pneumatic ejectors with dry-well centrifugal pumps - Installation of a prefabricated wet well storage tank in the dry-well - Removing the existing air compressors and air storage tanks. - Installation of a 480V backup generator connection and transformer - Relocation of variable frequency drive (VFD) - Replacement of mechanical ventilation system including supply and exhaust fans.
