Modernization of John Corcoran Park - Cambridge Housing Authority

A firm timeline has not been established. *The following has been preserved for historical reference: The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) is requesting proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms, registered in Massachusetts and with relevant experience for the Modernization of John Corcoran Park, a federally-assisted family development located in North Cambridge, Massachusetts. The John Corcoran Park family housing development was first occupied in August 1953. Located on a 8.1 acre site, the site consists of twenty-six buildings: twenty-four (24) buildings are composed of two-story townhouses with individual entrances and nine barrier-free units; one (1) building has eight one (1) bedroom flats; and one (1) building is a non-residential building with a office and community room. There are 153 units of family apartments consisting of one, two, three, four, and five bedroom apartments. John Corcoran Park has a community center and management building and maintenance garage on the premise.
