Description

(1): Job J5S3471 Route AB, H BOONE County. Pavement improvements on Route AB from Rte 63 to end of state maintenance and Route H from Rte 63 to end of state maintenance, the total length of improvement being 7.052 miles. (2): Job JCD0093 Route K BOONE County. Pavement improvements from Route 163 to the end of state maintenance, the total length of improvement being 7.217 miles. FEDERAL PROJECT NUMBER(S): FAS S402(89), FAS S403(019) Range: 1M to 2.5M Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashier's Check, Drawn on Any Bank or Trust Company and Payable to "Director of Revenue, Credit State Road Fund", or Bidders May Submit a Bid Bond for Each Project Bid or an Annual Bid Bond That Would Cover All Projects Bid for a Twelve Month Beginning July 1 and Ending June 30 of Each Missouri State Fiscal Year. Annual Bid Bond Forms Must Be Submitted by June 15 of Each Year. Bid bonds must be Submitted on a form furnished by the commission, executed by the bidder and corporate surety, and naming the "State of missouri, acting by and Through the missouri highways and transportation commission", as obligee) for an amount (or penal sum) equal to 5% or more of the bid, Which check or bond shall be deposited with the commission as a guaranty and forfeited in the event the bidder is found to be the successful bidder and fails to comply with the terms of the request for bid.
