RFQ - John A. Holmes High School Replacement

As of February 27, 2023, the pre-qualification phase of this project is completed and the bidding phase details will only be shared with contractors/suppliers who prequalified. Bidding details for this project will not be share with planrooms. Project consists of the construction of the replacement John A. Holmes High School to begin after demolition is complete with some initial sitework activities running concurrently. New, two-story building construction (approx. 155,000sf), will consist of concrete foundations, steel framing with brick veneer, mostly TPO with some metal roof, drywall partitions, casework, misc. school lab, athletic, and theater equipment, plumbing, fire suppression, geothermal HVAC system, electrical and low-voltage systems, etc. Also included is associated sitework with grading, utilities, and paving, new tennis courts (6 ea), new multi-purpose field, new synthetic turf surfacing at existing football stadium, the relocation of an existing Boy Scout hut.
