Description

This project involves the mill and overlay of a portion of Barrie Circle in New Britain Borough. Project also includes subbase removal and replacement and asphalt leveling course in areas determined by the Borough Engineer. Areas to receive subbase work will be within the limits of mill and overlay. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and Borough Standards. Asphalt materials shall be based on PennDOT’s April 2021 Asphalt Cement Price Index.
