Description

Snow Removal Requestor must Provide business name, contact person and contact information (address, telephone and email address). Other questions about obtaining copies of the Electronic Bid Documents, can be addressed to CMFO Jonathan DeJoseph at telephone number (201) 295-5280 Bids for said Contract must be based upon and in strict accordance with the aforesaid specifications. Each bid must be submitted on the provided forms and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder. The bid must be addressed to the Town of West New York and plainly marked "Snow Removal" Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids, in accordance with applicable law.
