Hunter Sewer System Improvements

The project generally consists of improvements to the Dick's Creek Lift Station in Franklin Township. Improvements include replacement of submersible pumps, piping modifications, electrical and instrumentation upgrades, HVAC improvements, new carport, and roof replacement. The estimated contract value is $1,250,000. The Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost for the base bid work is $1,800,000. No interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally.
