Description Work consists of extending the existing walking path at the park. The new multi-use path is to be built around the pond and will extend to the 'Latham Square Apartments' project on the west side of the park. The new multi-use path consists of compacted aggregates. The existing asphalt path will remain at the park. Second project The scope of work consists of installing a new green infrastructure parking lot. The new lot will accommodate 38 car spaces and two handicap parking spaces, all with pervious pavement. The area around the bioswales will be asphalt.
