Description

Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance Orders, Demand Maintenance Orders, and Emergency repairs to designate heating and cooling and ancillary equipment in the Central Energy Plants (CEP) and in the field at Fort Jackson, SC. This includes, but is not limited to, boilers, chillers, Medium Temp Water (MTW) and Chilled Water (CHW) pumps, pipes, valves and fittings and variable frequency drives (VFDs). Also included are the water treatment chemical injection systems, which are necessary to inhibit corrosion in the machines, pumps and distribution headers.
