Fuel Disbursement Systems Maintenance and Repair Services

As part of this contract, the awarded vendor will be required to provide one (1) standard annual maintenance visit per-location for each year of the initial 24 month contract period. In addition, the awarded vendor will be required to perform as needed and emergency repair services based on time, cost of materials, and materials markup. pricing sheet contained elsewhere herein. The awarded vendor shall provide maintenance and repair services for the fuel disbursement systems for all Bergen County Parks locations, to include any other County locations as may be required. The systems must be maintained to a standard which provides a clear and accurate accounting of fuel disbursements. Any part of the system that goes off line must be swiftly repaired to ensure the integrity of the overall system.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
