| Description | Anderson School District is seeking to establish a contract for Cafeteria Hood & Vent Cleaning Service AND Inspection of the Fire Suppression Systems. The work required includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and resources needed to provide the required level of service for cleaning cafeteria hoods, vents, fans, filters and ducts at 20 schools (inspect fire suppression). The initial contract period will be for one (1) year. Upon the agreement of both the District and the successful vendor, the contract will automatically renew on its anniversary date, for up to four (4) subsequent years. Any contract extensions beyond the five (5) year contract period must be handled in accordance with the District Procurement Code. |
