56--WI-UMR NWR-Gravel Purchase

This Statement of Work defines the work required to provide, deliver, and tailgate-spread or pile (as appropriate) gravel to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge (UMRNW&FR) La Crosse District (Refuge). The items listed below are in priority order. The first one will be awarded. The second and third will be awarded if funding is available. 1. Deliver and tailgate spread 6 inches of limestone base aggregate, dense, ¾ inch on the Lone Tree Access Rd. in the Trempealeau Lakes area. Road is .65 miles long, 14 feet wide, with room for one truck to turn around at a time at the end of the road (dead end). 2. If funding remains, deliver 150 tons of limestone base aggregate, dense, ¾ inch to the Round Lake landing. 3. If funding remains, deliver 500 tons of limestone base aggregate, dense, ¾ inch to the La Crosse District shop yard at N5727 County Road Z, Onalaska, WI 54650
