| Description | This solicitation is subject to the Qualified Partnership program, in accordance with C.G.S. 4a-82 as amended by Public Act 13-227. All proposers must be certified as a Qualified Partnership PRIOR TO THE due date. The certification of Qualified Partnerships is administered through the CT Community Nonprofit Alliance dba Connecticut Community Providers Association (CCPA) who can be reached directly at (860) 257-7909 for program requirements. Late Arrivals (10 minutes or more) will not be given credit for attendance nor allowed to participate in the Solicitation process. Vendors will not be admitted to state buildings without a valid photo ID. Failure to attend this meeting will result in the rejection of your response. |
