Description

Replacement of rooftop HVAC Units. Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of the mechanical scope of work. Furnish and install all motors specified and be responsible for the proper operation of electrical powered equipment. Furnish exact location of electrical connections and information on motor controls. Contractor shall obtain the services of approved Controls Contractor. Contractor shall obtain the services of independent Test and Balance Agency. Air balance, final adjustment and test run.
