Description

The Project consists of pavement and lighting rehabilitation for Runway 4-22 and taxiway connectors (Schedule 1); drainage and pavement rehabilitation in the Taxiway C1A hangar areas (Schedule 2); expansion of the terminal parking lot (Schedule 3) and construction of a new employee lot (Schedule 4). Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Failure to download a complete set of digital contract documents will not be a factor considered in the evaluation of bids or form the basis for any bid protest. for assistance in free membership registration, downloading, and working with this digital project information. In order to submit a responsive bid as a Prime Contractor and to receive all necessary addendum(s) for this project, you must be on the Planholders List, which requires the plans being downloaded from electronically. A hardcopy of the contract documents will be located at the Grand Junction Regional Airport Administration office for review only. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bidders must be licensed to perform work within the state of Colorado. Bids must remain in effect for 90 days after the bid opening date. Within 90 days from the bid date, the Owner may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder or reject any or all Bids for the Project. The GRAND JUNCTION REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities in the Bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the GRAND JUNCTION REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
