| Description | Roof Replacement on Cold Storage Buildling, Treat Highway. Demolition: Remove old shingles, underlayment down to roof decking, and existing drip metals. Roof Decking: Inspect for water damage, and include a unit price per square foot for removal and replacement of damaged decking. Roof Package: Shall include the installation of the following: 1. synthetic felt paper to be installed over roof decking. 2. 29-gauge agricultural ribbed steel- color brown. 3. Roofing steel must extend past eve at least 1 inch. 4. Gable raker end trim- same color as roof. 5. Ridge shall be vented with Profile ridge vent foam or equivalent to allow air flow and prevent snow from blowing under. 6. Ridge cap shall be 10"x10" wide and same color as the roof. 7. Screw fasteners shall be included and same color as the roof. Clean up: Haul away all old shingles and construction debris Use magnet to remove all nails and screws dropped around building. |
