Description The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, equipment, permits, permit fees, temporary protection and tools necessary for the proper completion of the work as required in the specifications in accordance with good construction practice. The work generally includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Remove and dispose of existing pool and bathhouse structures. 2. Fill pool and bathhouse areas to grade using clean fill. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for disconnect, cap or plug the plumbing and electrical services. 4. Contractor shall be responsible for daily cleanup and for site trash removal. 5. Contractor must repair any damage to surrounding construction areas. 6. Work is to be done Monday thru Friday between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm. 7. Contractor shall complete project within 30 days from notice to proceed. 8. Contractor shall work around the rest of the recreational area structures, and repair as directed by Recreation staff.
