| Description | A simplified and streamlined, fully functional, Media Distribution System (MDS) to replace the extant system, to include a VTC in the Crisis Action Team (CAT) Conference Room. This Statement of Objectives defines the 5 BW/CP requirements to purchase new and remove existing systems and connections and install a fully functional unclassified and classified VTC (up to and including Secret) and Media Distribution System within the Command Post Console area and the CAT Conference Room. The install will occur at the primary Command Post and adjacent Crisis Action Team in bldg. 475 room 117 on Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. |
