| Description | Professional power washing using high pressure water and low-pressure rinse. The cleaning and focus areas will include: windows, brick, stucco, trim areas, roof lines, window frames, screens, doors, light fixtures, eves, soffits, overhangs, pillars, entrances, boot scrapers, inside and outside of gutters. Non-marking tires will be used on any high/low lift as to prevent tire marks on the sidewalk. Non-toxic, environmentally friendly cleaning products designed for cleaning brick and other noted surfaces shall only be used. All garden hoses, cleaning supplies and lifts will be provided by contractor. Power washing shall only be performed on weekends to limit the disturbance of OCS candidates and staff. Paint must not be damaged when cleaning occurs or it is the contractor’s responsibility to repair. Use a 40ft high/low lift to assist in the cleaning of the unit’s high areas. Cleaning to occur every April and September. This effort shall include all labor, tools, ordering and delivery of materials needed to complete the cleaning on each building. | ||
