| Description | The project includes the full above-grade demolition of the abandoned water treatment plant on the corner of Water Plant Rd and Providence Mill Rd. in Maiden, NC. Any project related questions or RFI's shall be directed to Kara Hrkach (kara.hrkach@kci.com). A certified check or bank draft, pay to the order of Town of Maiden, North Carolina, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an accepted Surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total of the Bid shall be submitted with each bid. The Work will be substantially completed within 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 75 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. |
