Description The project will consist of the construction of an approximately 76,000 sq. ft. high bay warehouse behind the existing Alameda Bulk Storage Warehouse. This construction will require demolition of the north portion of the existing warehouse facility. The facility will house approximately 2,000 sq.ft. of offices with approximately eight loading docks with levelers. The warehouse is to have tilt up concrete exterior walls and is to be Type 2 construction per the building code. HVAC will be required in the offices, and evaporative coolers or similar will be required in the warehouse.
