Wet Well Cleaning Services - Three (3) Year Multiyear Contract

Scope: Removal and Disposal - The Contractor will provide vacuuming / removal services to remove the accumulated grit and materials from the Polebridge wet well. The expected area of the two open air wet wells and two covered wet wells is calculated to equal 1728 square feet. The depth of material is estimated at 3 feet. The Contractor will dewater the material before transporting the material to the DeKalb County Seminole Landfill for disposal. The Contractor must follow all OSHA safety protocols for all services provided, and in accordance with the Scope of Services.

Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Water Utility Pumping Stations, Wells.
Division 44 -	Pollution and Waste Control Equipment, Water Pollution Control Equipment.
