Ivy Tech Community College Reroof The work is to be constructed according to Plans and Specifications prepared by VPS Architecture, Inc., 528 Main Street, Suite 400, Evansville, Indiana 47708. Substantial completion: October 1, 2023. Bid Security - acceptable certified or cashiers check payable to the order of Ivy Tech Community College or a satisfactory Bid Bond, fully executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. Should any Contractor whose bid is accepted, default in furnishing 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and Contract required, then check or Bid Bond shall be forfeited. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities if deemed to be for the best interest of the Corporation. It is mandatory that each prime contract bidder shall obtain one (1) complete set of bidding documents. Each prime contract bidder may obtain a maximum of three (3) complete sets of bidding documents. The work will be completed on or before March 15, 2024
