Per Owner, Project will not re-bid in 2022.* The Board of Supervisors of Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Micro Surfacing (Type B) for various roads within the Township. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/10/2022 2:00 PM This work is the construction of a polymer-modified emulsified asphalt paving system, commonly known as micro-surfacing, to fill ruts and/or resurface existing pavements. Type B. Used to fill moderate (1/2 inch to 1 1/4 inch) ruts; and provide a scratch course, a leveling course, a seal coat, or a surface treatment.
