G I LON 21 Bond Forfeiture

Perform reclamation work on approximately 4.25 acres of mine land. The work will consist of earthwork, grade work. Directions to the southern end of the permit (Increment Number 13) are as follows: at the junction of HWY 421 and HWY 38, turn left onto HWY 38; travel approximately 8.2 miles towards Evarts; turn left onto Kelly Street; and travel approximately 0.7 miles and look for a Black Mountain sign on the left; turn left onto Bailey’s Creek Road and cross the rail road tracks; look for another Black Mountain sign and keep right to access the permanent access road.
