| Description | Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, lubricants, tools, equipment and labor, including travel and per diem, transportation, and every other item of expense necessary to perform Elevator Maintenance, Inspection and Repair services specified herein for one (1) Kone Elevator located in the 45-Bed Acute Mental Health Building - Psychiatric Inpatient Program (PIP), one (1) Matot Dumbwaiter located in the Special Housing Unit (SpHU) and one (1) McKinley Elevator Wheelchair Lift located in the Auditorium at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California Institution for Women (CIW) located at: 16756 Chino-Corona Road, Corona, CA 92880. The State estimates that the total amount of this Agreement is $150,000.00.
