Peter Prince T-Hangar DDD

The FAA Identifier for the Peter Prince Airport is 2R4. The design-build project consists of performing the following, including, but not limited to: • Construction of one (1) pre-engineered metal building T-hangar (10 units) and all necessary utilities, drainage, paving, and related site work for the Santa Rosa County at the Peter Prince Airport. The 10-unit T-hangar shall be constructed between existing taxilane 3-4 and taxilane 4-5. The preengineered metal building hangar shall be constructed on previously cleared area on the East Apron of Peter Prince Field, north of the existing CCC T-hangar building. A layout depicting representative type, size, and style of the hangar desired are shown on Bridging Documents drawings. This layout is for conceptual purposes only. The selected DESIGN-BUILD FIRM shall validate the concept and develop the final building design.
