| Description | To replace the roofing at the Building, Grounds & Maintenance Building. Scope of work include: Removal of installation, membrane & ballast. Removal of flashings & terminations. Inspect roof substrate for deterioration or defective conditions. Install base layer of 3.5” Isocyanuryate mechanically attached to steel deck. Install cover board of .25” Densdeck adhered with coverage of solvent free cold process insulation adhesive or LRF (Low Rise Foam Insulation Adhesive). Install 3 ply cold process BUR membrane with aggregate surface. Install elastromeric flashing base flashing at all curbs & parapet walls. Provide & install Kynar pre-finished shop fabricated coping & gutter details. |
