8(a) Set-Aside. The work includes the following and incidental related work as shown on the sketch: Provide electrical work for complete and useable system. Provide feeder circuit from first floor service entrance switchgear to second floor, circuit is 250 amps, 3 phase, 480 vac, copper THHN 4/0 AWG conductors, and equipment ground conductor in 2 inch EMT conduit. Connect circuit to existing 250 amp breaker at service entrance switchgear. Provide 400 amp, 600 vac, 3 phase, fused disconnect switch, heavy duty commercial grade, lockable, NEMA 1 enclosure, on second floor near old oven location. Provide 60 amp fuses, qty =3. Provide 45 kva 480/208-120 vac, 3 phase transformer, indoor dry type commercial grade, with system bonding and grounding electrode conductor to building grounding electrode system. Provide conduit and liquid tight connections to transformer. Provide 125 amp, MCB panel board, 30 circuit, 208-120 vac, 3 phase, commercial grade, with qty=20 single pole 20 amp bolt in breakers. Provide 7 branch circuits, 20 amp, 120 volt, #12 AWG THHN in ¾ inch EMT conduit minimum, to office locations on second floor. Provide 7 duplex outlet receptacles, steel boxes and covers, 20 amp, commercial grade, one for each branch circuit. Provide panel schedules and circuit labeling. Provide all conduits, hangers, supports, bushings, strain relief, pull boxes and couplings. Utilize existing conduit hangers on first floor for conduit support. Utilize existing hole for penetration up to second floor.
