The Project includes the following work: Clear and grubbing of site, removal of existing asphalt services and existing concrete restroom. Improvements are grading of the site to accommodate a boat launch, fishing dock, restroom building, concrete plaza, site furnishings, shade trees and a storm water management system. Relocate one light pole, two playground entry columns and an existing pavilion.
