| Description | The purpose of this task order, under Sector Corpus Christi Engineering Support Division, is to replace one 3-ton and one 4-ton in and out HVAC systems that service the ESD building. isconnect, remove, and properly dispose the old units. Inspect and repair existing stand. Provide and install a 3-ton American Standard or equivalent air handler and one 3-ton American Standard or equivalent condenser. Provide and install a 4-ton American Standard or equivalent air handler and one 4-ton American Standard or equivalent condenser. Tie down the units to the existing stand. Perform necessary vacuum of refrigerant, and balance system to manufacturer recommendation. Clean up and properly dispose of all debris created as a result of contractor work performed. |
