FOR: Modular Building Addition to Delhi Charter School 6940 LA-17 Delhi, LA 71232 PROJECT NUMBER: 191435-03 (2115) The Modular Building Addition to Delhi Charter School located at 6940 LA - 17, Delhi Louisiana 71232 includes 2 (two) Options/Proposals: Option 1 is the addition of a 2,142 square-foot (sf) modular building and Option 2 is the addition of a 3,120 sf modular building. Option 2 is similar to Option 1 with the addition of 977 sf for two dental exam rooms and accessory rooms and utilities. This project includes: final planning and permitting to fabricate, deliver, and install the modular buildings (Options 1 and 2). Only one option will be selected and installed. Site grading for drainage, foundations, concrete sidewalk with canopy, utility extensions and connections will be provided by the owner. Printed copies are not available from the Designer, but arrangements can be made to obtain them through most reprographic firms. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs. The Delhi Charter School is a secured site. Access will be granted through an appointment upon request. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212(B)(1), the provisions and requirements of this Section and those stated in the bidding documents shall not be waived by any entity. This project is supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of an award to be financed in part with nongovernmental sources. The contents are those of the author(s) and do not necessarily represent the official views of, nor an endorsement, by HRSA, HHS or the U.S. Government. When this project is financed either partially or entirely with State Bonds or financed in whole or in part by federal or other funds which are not readily available at the time bids are received, the award of this Contract is contingent upon the granting of lines of credit, or the sale of bonds by the Bond Commission or the availability of federal or other funds.
