| Description | The existing Herriman Liquor Store has approximately 7,300 sf of sales floor with a stained concrete floor finish. The scope of the project is to install Dekton tile flooring over the existing flooring on the sales floor, add ADA transition strips where the new floor meets the adjacent concrete floor, temporarily remove modular partitions, and reinstall the partitions after the new flooring is installed. The project includes phasing the installation in two parts, allowing customers to shop and checkout during project execution. |
