Old Town Redevelopment Design Services

Providing professional design services for the Old Town Redevelopment project (ES-0562) project. The Old Town Redevelopment project consists of street improvements curb to curb on Astor Street from C Street to E Street, D Street from Holly Street to Astor Street, and C Street from Holly Street to the northern terminus. Included in the street improvements will be new and rehabilitated storm sewer, minor watermain and sanitary sewer improvements, a traffic signal and the addition of minor pedestrian facilities. Significant coordination with the City and adjacent developers will be required. Services, including professional engineering services, and construction engineering and/or administration, may be added/removed from the contract contingent upon funding availability and project needs. This project is funded through various City of Bellingham street and utility funds.
