La Paloma Reclaimed Reservoir Rehabilitation - W310 - City of Tucson

Inspection of the existing reservoir show indications of deterioration, structural deficiencies and water tightness concerns which need to be addressed. The primary concern is cracking and spalling of the pre-stressed concrete roof panels and bearing area for these panels. As of September 13, 2022, this project is included in the City of Tucson FY 2023 - 2027 Budget CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
