| Description | The work for the project includes constructing an extension of 4th Street south from Selden Street approximately 331 feet; and an extension of Tuscola Street from Third Avenue to the John C Lodge Service Drive. In addition, utilities will be installed within the proposed right-of-ways for future development of the Midtown West project. The proposed extension of 4th Street will be a concrete road with a 58-foot wide right-of-way. It will extend approximately 331 feet in a southerly direction from Selden Avenue to the proposed Tuscola Street extension. The proposed extension of Tuscola Street between 4th Street and Third Avenue will be a concrete road with a 50-foot wide right-of-way. It will extend approximately 110 feet in a westerly direction from the existing Tuscola Street, west of Third Avenue, to the proposed 4th Street extension. The proposed extension of Tuscola Street between 4th Street and the John C. Lodge Service Drive will be a concrete road with a 58-foot wide right-of-way. It will extend approximately 365 feet in a westerly direction from the proposed 4th Street extension to the John C Lodge Service Drive. The utilities to be installed consist of sanitary sewers, water mains, electrical supply lines, and street lighting. | ||||||
