| Description | Gilmer ISD Texas will receive sealed proposals for an asbestos abatement project. Scope of work: (1) Two Story - Old Admin Building - approximately 6,320 s.f. of ACM floor tile with mastic or sheet flooring (single and double layered) and approximately 270 l.f. of ACM piping insulation/flue. Prospective bidders must notify Melissa Mahannah at ERI Consulting, Inc. (melissa@ericonsulting.com) of their intention to attend the pre-bid conference, to be assured of receiving a copy of the Plans and Specifications at the conference. Proposals will only be considered from Texas licensed asbestos abatement contractors. Bid, performance, and payment bonds are not required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. |
