| Description | Scope: The Project includes to replace the existing domestic hot water boiler with a new ninety plus condensing boiler. Preferred boiler would be the same manufacture, Aerco, however comparable brands are acceptable. An option to replace the heat exchangers and control boards only in the existing boiler are to be included along with the replacement proposal. Replacement boiler must meet or exceed the efficiency of the current boilers install. |
