Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside.The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision, while performing the pesticide treatment of the school buildings listed below. The contractor shall provide all means of safety in treatment, taking into consideration the safety of students and staff. The contractor will check in at the main front office. The contractor will request for Facility Maintenance personnel. The maintenance worker will assist the contractor in locating buildings and unlocking doors. All eight (8) buildings and three (3) well houses, interior and exterior shall be serviced. Quarters are excluded. Each room in each building will be serviced with the assistance of maintenance personnel unlocking doors. If there are students present in a classroom it will not be serviced, as well as the kitchen. Services will be scheduled so as to avoid when these buildings will be in use.
