| Description | All questions regarding this RFP should be addressed to Dr. Peter Coombe, Assistant Superintendent, through email only at coombep@calhounschools.org. This project is for the interior painting of designated classrooms, offices and gymnasiums at the Calhoun Primary and Elementary School Complex. Calhoun City School District invites proposals from qualified vendors for interior painting of designated classrooms, offices, and gymnasiums at the Calhoun Primary and Elementary School Complex located at 101/102 Raymond King Dr. Calhoun, GA 30701 . The areas in need of painting consist of approximately 135,360 square feet. The awarded proposer shall prepare all walls, to include removal of any existing glue/tape, and patching of any nail/screw holes. The walls should be painted to apply appropriate coverage so as to look as new. The paint shall be furnished by the school system and will be a latex based paint in light great/white. Work must be completed no later than July 21, 2023. |
