Description

Work on the Project includes the construction of a 500,000-gallon elevated spheroid steel water storage tank along with associated site, piping and valving, electrical and controls work. This work includes but is not limited to: site clearing and preparation; implementation of erosion control measures; grading; excavation and construction of tank foundation; spheroid steel water tank construction and testing; and installation of associated utility lines, valves, and hydrants. Also included is electrical appurtenances, SCADA controls and integration, erection of perimeter fencing, and construction of finished access road. The Work includes all items as indicated elsewhere in the Specifications and Drawings. The new elevated spheroid steel water storage tank shall be in complete accordance with the latest version of AWWA D100
