Bids shall be executed and submitted using the bid forms included in the Bidding Documents. Each bidder shall submit two complete paper copies of its bid and an electronic copy of its bid (on a USB flash drive or other memory device that is P.C. compatible) in a sealed envelope marked to the attention of Tom Boyle, Director of Operations, and shall include on the lower left hand corner of the envelope, in bold letters, the notation "SEALED BID - GAINBRIDGE FIELDHOUSE - VIDEO PRODUCTION SYSTEM ROOM RENOVATION". Bids received after the submittal deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Bids shall remain valid for at least sixty (60) days following the Bid Opening ("Bid Period"). The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities and/or informalities.
