| Description | Q & A deadline: Oct 19, 2022 7:30:00 PM EDT SCCHA is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide services in accordance with the Scope of Work described in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The successful proposer will assist the agency with conducting Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspections. The contract would be effective January 1, 2023 (Effective Date) and continue through December 31, 2026 (Initial Term). The Agency, at its sole discretion, may offer to extend the term for two additional one-year periods beyond the Initial Term.
