Description | Anyone interested in witnessing the public bid opening over the phone or internet is to contact Hoyle Tanner for a link to the open conference call. Please contact Suzy Sheppard, 603-460-5217 or Donna Akerley, dakerley@hoyletanner.com, 603-460-4934 for meeting information at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled bid opening. The 5-day lead time is required in case the bid opening time changes. This project consists of sealing cracks, crack repair, seal coat, and pavement markings on approximately 41,000 square feet of the bituminous apron. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Worksheet. You must set up your free membership under the "Log In" tab before downloading documents. To bid on this project and be considered a plan holder, the Bidder MUST download the digital project bidding documents from QuestCDN and pay the download delivery fee. Neither owner nor engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than QuestCDN. Bidder shall submit a bid via online electronic bid service through website. This will be the only time for prospective Bidders or subcontractors to view the site. Bidders must advise Suzy Sheppard, 603-460-5217 if they are to attend. All interested bidders are requested to attend in order to prepare acceptable bid submissions. Prospective bidders are asked to provide information on whether their company is listed as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) in the state where the work will be performed in order to comply with FAA regulations. Prospective bidders will be asked to provide this information at time of plan purchase. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. The Contractor on this work will be required to comply with the equal employment opportunity requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration and the Eastport Municipal Airport DBE Program. Estimated value :Between $40,000 and $70,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This meeting will be combined with the pre-bid meeting for the Runway 15 PAPI project. Following both meetings there will be an opportunity to visit the project site.
