The 5-day lead time is required in case the bid opening time changes. This project consists of sealing cracks, crack repair, seal coat, and pavement markings on approximately 41,000 square feet of the bituminous apron. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Worksheet. You must set up your free membership under the "Log In" tab before downloading documents. Prospective bidders are asked to provide information on whether their company is listed as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) in the state where the work will be performed in order to comply with FAA regulations. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. The Contractor on this work will be required to comply with the equal employment opportunity requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration and the Eastport Municipal Airport DBE Program.
