Description

Greenwich Public Schools will be entering into a series of Capital Projects starting in the 2023 school year. The Board is currently soliciting Proposals from qualified Construction Management firms for the purpose of project oversight during this construction. Base Contract period is: 2023 through 2024 First option year is: 2024 through 2025 Second option year is: 2025 through 2026 Third option year is: 2026 through 2027 Fourth option year is: 2027 through 2028 Questions concerning this RFP will be received only by email directed to bid_department@greenwich.k12.ct.us In the "Subject" line you must put RFP #2413-23 Construction Management Services. All questions must be received no later than April 12, 2023 12:00 noon EST and all responses will be posted no later than April 19, 2023 at 12:00 noon. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the proposer waiving his/her right to dispute the proposal specifications and conditions. The Greenwich Public Schools Administration reserves the right to reject any and all responses not deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Greenwich. Greenwich Public Schools reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any or all proposals or any part of any proposal. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposal or reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal, which appears to be in the best interest of the Board. Any proposal may be withdrawn prior to the opening time and date. Any proposal received after the time and date as specified will not be considered.
