Description

The project consists of: 1. This project includes repaving of the existing parking lot including removal and replacement of asphalt and ABC base, tree protection and root pruning & removal, utility lid level to finish grade, pavement striping (matching existing), concrete curb and walk repair as needed and all other items as determined for repaving. 2. The contractor will be responsible for providing necessary erosion and sediment control and revegetation of disturbed area as required. Traffic control may be necessary.
